Innovation and export, the keys to our results in 2017

A year of new challenges faced, new markets approached and researches that allowed the development of solutions for soil preparation in a wide variety of conditions.

These are the aspects that characterized the 2017 of the company, founded more than 60 years ago by Alfredo Celli and still managed by the family. The increase in the turnover recorded so far confirms the solid presence of Celli agricultural machinery at an international level, confirming the export share of around 68% of the total.

To sustain these good performances, the great success of the latest news, such as the Rhino 400 (rotary tiller), Lothar/P (stone burier + bedformer in foldable version) and the organic farming solutions, starting from the self-propelled machine Ecostar SC600, a machine that uses steam and harmless products for soil disinfection, without the need for chemicals, up to the Pioneer Bio product range. The last is appreciated not only in the Germanic countries in which it has had its origins but also in other European areas.

Technical innovation that, in our case, more and more focused in design of combined machines developed for particular climatic conditions or soil conformations: an example are the solutions for working the soil and seeding, or the power harrow combined with the spading machine, etc. This ability to customize machinery is the result of profound knowledge of the sector and a range that includes over 90 references.

“Our vision has brought us” says Andrea Magni of Celli management, “to face particular markets such as those belonging to the ASEAN area, South America and those of East Europe, as well as strengthening the market areas already acquired in these years of presence in the world of agricultural machinery”.
