RANGER, The Celli fixed rotary harrow operates with high power tractors (over 190 HP), cultivates rocky clay-type soil and deep soil without risk of flooding. It covers large surfaces quickly, prepares seedbeds, eliminates soil compacting and varies the degree of soil finishing.
