Multi-purpose fixed and side shift mulchers suitable for tractors up to 70 HP.
The mulchers model VEGA, recently introduced in the Celli range, are suitable for grass cutting, maintenance of green areas, set aside and medium size prunings (3 – 4 cm diameter).

It is worth mentioning some technical standard features introduced in both models, fixed and side shift:

  • 540 r.p.m. PTO 1 speed: 1825 r.p.m.
  • 4 belts transmission (with exception of model VEGA/F 130 with 3 belts transmission)
  • Front fixed counter-blade
  • Working depth adjustment with rear roller (Ø 194 mm.)
  • Gearbox with internal free-wheel safety device
  • 3 point hitches with pins Cat. 1 and 2 for double adjustment
  • Back cover that can be lifted for inspection
  • Skids
  • Rotor-shaft (pipe Ø 127 mm.) with flat hammers
  • Standing drive-shaft hook
  • In the model VEGA/S the side shift is on chromium plated rod

On request:

  • Rotor-shaft mod. PLUS, featuring a higher number of tools than the standard rotor:
    • mod. 160 64 hammers instead of 32
    • mod. 180 80 hammers instead of 48
    • mod. 200 80 hammers instead of 48
  • Rear rubber self-steering wheels
  • Hydraulic side-shift adjustment for the VEGA/S model.

Technical specifications

The most important technical specifications of CELLI mulchers MIZAR/F, MIZAR/S are:

Replaceable counter-blades (except TCA, SIRIO, VEGA and LIBRA)
Counter-blades are very important when requiring a good mulching, therefore it is important they can be replaced once worn-out.

Working width up to 450 cm (TS/P folding model)
The folding model allow an exceptional yield per hour thus also sorting out the problem of road transport.

Versatility

All models are available both in fixed and in side-shift version (with the exception of TCA, TS/P and LIBRA)
This allows more versatility and also it allows to work very close to trees even with large foliage. (SIRIO, MIZAR/F, MIZAR/S)

Rich choice of tools
CELLI can offer a wide range of tools (9 different types of tools between blades and hammers) thus allowing the maximum flexibility and also meeting any type of mulching.

TS/S model is one of the few straw chopper available on the market
The peculiarity of this unit is that it can be offset, thus working more effectively the required strip of soil.

Internal freewheel on all models
All Celli models are supplied with gearbox with internal freewheel safety device which limits excessive torque when the tractor PTO is disengaged. This extra torque during PTO disengagement is rather usual with earlier tractor models.

Hydraulic adjustment of rear tailgates
Maintenance and check up time are eased thanks to the hydraulic adjustment of rear tailgates (optional for TS/F, TS/S and standard for TS/P models)
