G190, the spading machine with the biggest dimensions Celli’s product range (up to 3.5 meters wide), is now available in the new detachable version, conceived to meet the users‘ requirements: despite the unique linkage system on which the machine is based, this upgrade limits the action to the connecting rod to be replaced if it is broken, with a considerable simplification and reduction of maintenance times.
The spading machine G190 is an excellent machine for tillage in very wet and heavy soil without risks of floodings: for this reason it is commercially very successful in countries like the Netherlands.
Ideal to remove the bottom soil hardpan and obtain better drainage and ventilation of the soil but also to replace the bottom soil hardpan in difficult conditions, it is able to keep the clumps of the soil at an average level, thus reducing erosion and to work to a certain depth: the working depth (down to approximately 40 cm.) can be adjusted with slides, cylindrical wheels or wheels with crest, or by means of a screw. In the end G190 can be distinguished for lubrication which is totally in oil bath (that avoids long maintenance operations every day) with a sealing system.
