The GR190 is a spading machine used for high power tractors (up to 190 HP) in open fields (medium/large areas). It is a unique machine, unrivaled on the market. Coupled with sturdy, hydraulically adjusted rear rippers, it intervenes effectively on deep, compacted layers of soil, eliminating any problems radically and restoring correct water circulation in depth. It requires limited traction effort, which is much lower than that required by rippers operating at the same depth. Celli’s ripper can therefore be used in wet ground conditions and on sloping ground without any problems. It also reduces erosion by keeping the size of the clods at a medium level. Numerous improvements have been introduced with the implementation of this updated model, which include:
The GR 190 is completely lubricated with oil, eliminating the need for long daily greasing operations. The rod/crank gear mechanism is particularly robust and tested. Maximum working depth is about 40+ 20 cm.
Front spading machine A maximum working depth: 40 cm. Rear rippers B maximum working depth: 60 cm. The pulling power required is only for a 20 cm working depth because the first layer of 40 cm has been tilled by the spading machine.
